Our Wrapping Paper

I have gathered ripped wrapping paper and packaging remnants from the living room floor from the gifts that were opened yesterday.  I could now ponder the impact on landfills, the importance of recycling and all matters deemed “green.”  (Just did it anyway).  So now that the presents have been revealed and are being enjoyed I’ll think about other gifts that are never fully unwrapped.  People.

As this year concludes, I’ve lost dear people, gained new people and enjoyed being with fine people.  We all have such unusual wrappings.
